Santanna White Houses

The apartment smelled strongly of fragrance when we arrived, but soon the sewage smell took over the whole place. I had to keep the bathroom door shut. There's no cleaning included; it costs another 10€, and they don't even change the sheets. The place smelled horrible, and the whole experience was depressing and revolting. They just want your money and treat you rudely and disrespectfully. If you don't speak Greek, don't stay here. We couldn't get a taxi using the central number on our departure day, and the contacts we had weren't answering. Our last option was to ask the person who made the reservation to order one. I placed the request at 09:00 and explained clearly that our boat was at 10:00. She confirmed it, so we waited, but at 10:15 the taxi still hadn't arrived and we missed the boat. I sent several messages about it and got no reply. I then said I would stay another day and deduct the cost of the day's loss. A few minutes later, the man who had welcomed us came in by opening the apartment door and yelling at me and my friend. He said we had to leave and that he wasn't responsible for the taxi, even though his wife had confirmed we should wait. He kept shouting and was completely unbalanced. I stayed polite and asked him to show respect. He went on yelling until I showed him the messages I'd sent his wife; then he admitted he'd got the timing wrong. You're welcomed warmly when you arrive, but treated with total disrespect when you leave.
