Eagles Nest Hotel

The sunsets were stunning, and we got to enjoy them for two whole weeks at this quiet, breathtaking location. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time. They even upgraded our room for free, helped us think things through, and made sure everything was in order. The rooms were spotless, with a cheerful team coming in to clean thoroughly every day. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious each morning, and the staff serving it were smiling and welcoming. What a great find!

Our stay started badly: when we arrived in late September 2025, the hotel had no booking under our name, and the room we got wasn't the one we'd ordered. The shower didn't work from day one. After a lot of complaints, a handyman said he couldn't repair it and that a tech person was needed. That person said the hotel should move us because of pipework problems, but there were no other rooms. We were sent to use the gym showers, which were in even worse shape. The shower still hadn't been fixed by the end of our 8-day stay. Don't choose this place if you're hoping for a relaxing holiday.

The staff made us feel at home, always friendly and ready to help. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day by a cheerful team, and breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The setting is beautiful too, and we enjoyed two weeks of lovely sunsets. Thanks for making us feel so welcome each day!

Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and on our last day we got a really touching goodbye. The staff work hard to keep guests happy, and we were greeted warmly whenever we came or went. They even welcomed us when we arrived late at night. Our room was cleaned daily by lovely staff who said “kalimara.” The pool is a good size, with a nearby bar and toilets. The first restaurant is only a minute away, and the town centre, with lots of bars and restaurants, is about a 15-minute walk.
