Breakfast was a treat each morning: fresh Greek pastries and snacks arrived warm at the time we chose. Our villa was spotless, comfortable, air-conditioned, and had everything we needed. The pool and loungers sit among lots of greenery, and the quiet location in Perama still puts you close to Mitilini town and the beach. The beds were comfortable, and we could enjoy the surroundings from our balcony. We came without a plan, but Manoli and his team helped us explore the island. Their warmth and readiness to help made us feel the Greek sense of “Filoxenia” in a way that really stayed with me. Manoli welcomed us personally, and everyone went out of their way to make the stay easy and relaxing. The family-run resort felt luxurious, yet the price was very reasonable for what it offered. It was the highlight of our honeymoon, and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I’d give it 20/10 if I could, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ann George Resort.

The complex is small, which means the service feels personal. The owners are lovely, and we had a great holiday. We especially enjoyed the pool and bar, both during the day and in the evening. Really recommend it, we loved our stay.

The food is hearty, healthy, and homemade, and the sea is warm and shallow, which makes it great for children. The village has plenty of history and culture to explore. We found the atmosphere peaceful and honest, with simple, welcoming people. Everything matched what the site described: no big promises, just what it said it would provide. A lovely choice for a quiet family holiday.
