George was a great guy, and his small apartment block is a good budget option in Perdika. It's in a quiet spot on Aegina, about a steady 15-minute walk from the harbour. The room was spotless and had what we needed. We weren't expecting five-star accommodation, and it wasn't, but it's a great value apartment stay. The harbour has some great places to eat and drink.

I won't stay here again. The rooms were simple and clean, but the bathrooms really need renovating and the terrace chairs need fixing. Breakfast was very basic. They say it's not pet friendly, though it could be. The owner told us we had to keep our small dog in a car, even though nobody complained about the dog. He also said he'd had a lawsuit because of a dog, probably to scare us, but I can't say for sure.

The staff were okay, though they could have been a bit more outgoing. We had a good time, and the rooms were fine, but the bathroom felt dated and definitely needs a renovation. The sink was clogged and the tiles looked worn.

The host was lovely, and the cosy little apartment-style room had a cooker, fridge, and a large balcony. The location is ideal, around 15-20 minutes from Aegina port. I'd suggest hiring a car, quad bike, or scooter to get there and see other parts of the island.

Lovely host and a nice breakfast. The spot is really cute, although it's ten minutes from the island's main area. Renting a very cheap bike or car is a good idea for getting around.
