The house is nice and the garden is great, but the pool area needs serious maintenance. We rented it for a party and our night was ruined. There was no lighting at all, the chairs were broken, and the deck had rusty nails. The home was dirty and poorly equipped, without even toilet paper. Having the owner there also felt very awkward. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for social events.

The owners were very nice and pointed us to places to eat and good beaches. The beach at Perea, where the villa is located, was the best nearby. Still, the villa felt a bit expensive for what it offers and could use renovation. The pools need maintenance: there are screws around them, a light is loose with electrical wires exposed, and there's no lighting at night. Bee hives were around the pool, including in an umbrella, flower pots, and the outdoor bed, so we couldn't use that bed. I was stung by a bee. The villa has three bedrooms, plus a small house by the pool. Getting there means climbing a steep hill for about 700 meters. Going downhill to the beaches was fine, but walking back up from the beach was tiring for me. I also found it weird that the owners stay there.
