The outside is lovely, with a pool, a nice terrace and direct access to the little beach. The villa sits in a beautiful spot right by the water, and for the outlook alone I'd usually give it five stars. Inside it's pleasant, though a bit basic. The problem is the road about 100m behind the house. Traffic and motorcycles are very noisy from before 7am.
