We got a sea view and a mountain view from the same room, and the place was quiet, authentic, and just a few minutes from the beach and bus stop. Inside, there’s a balcony, a kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need, and a good bathroom. The owner was lovely and gave us his card in case we needed help. He also explained where the nearest bus stop and mini markets were and how to get there. Our flight was much later in the day, so he let us check out late at no extra cost. It was inexpensive too, and went beyond what we expected. I’d definitely recommend it.

For the price, this is a great place. The rooms are a little small, but include a small kitchen, fridge, and balcony where you can get some fresh air. The room was cleaned daily, and the pillows and sheets were changed every day. The people were extremely friendly. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with supermarkets, ATMs, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Meals cost over 10-15 EUR, which felt expensive, though food is expensive everywhere in Santorini. The bus station is five minutes away if you need it.

The restaurant is well away from the beach, so you can enjoy a peaceful meal there. The hotel and restaurant owners are really nice, a Greek family serving genuinely authentic Greek food. All the dishes were so tasty. Impressive, I really love it!

The fries were freshly made, but too oily and limp after just a few minutes, and they weren’t very good to eat. They need improvement, especially since they come with almost every meal. Still, if you eat anywhere in Perissa, go here. Prices are very good compared with places closer to the beach, and the portions are big. It’s a family-run restaurant and hotel, with a helpful, friendly elderly couple, the chef and landlord. There’s plenty of choice on the menu, and the desserts are lovely.
