Meltemi Excelsior Suites and Spa

We’re on our honeymoon, and there was a lovely note and gift waiting in our room when we arrived. The gym is good, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been so pleasant. The staff have been wonderful and helpful. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay.

Our room was modern and spacious, with a private terrace outside, sun loungers, and our own jacuzzi plunge pool. The staff were polite and helpful, and the beach, bars and restaurants were all less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel shares reception, pool and bar facilities with Meltemi Village, which made it a little confusing to find the Meltemi excelsior suites. It’s especially easy to mix them up because there’s also a hotel called Meltemi Suites elsewhere in Perissa.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were fantastic. We’d stay again. The room was very modern and clean, with our own private terrace and a really nice private whirlpool.

You can wander down to Perissa Beach in about five minutes, with plenty of friendly local bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is family run and has the finish of a big hotel, while keeping a small hotel’s friendly feel. The contemporary suites are well appointed, with their own jacuzzis on the terraces. There are two pools, a snack bar and a bar, plus a simple but ample breakfast. Ideal for couples and families. We stayed in July 2018.
