The pool is tiny, and the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Housekeeping was sloppy, with floors never cleaned, and we had to ask for shower gel. Our basement room had no view outside, despite this being called a four-star hotel. The receptionist, or perhaps the manager, was the most unpleasant person we met. He seemed interested only in selling excursions, which cost twice as much as the exact same tours in town, so definitely don’t book those through the hotel. The so-called private beach also charges for sunbeds unless you eat at the hotel restaurant. I strongly don’t recommend this place.

We ate breakfast or lunch here about four days during my week-long holiday. The food was brilliant, and the two lads serving were lovely and chatty. They were also very accommodating and put up with my dad.

We had a wonderful family stay at Sellada Beach Hotel. The owner welcomed us warmly and did everything possible to make us comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, a nice place to return to after exploring the island. The hotel itself has a charming feel and is only steps from Perissa’s beautiful beach. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant: the local dishes were delicious and showed off Santorini’s flavors, and the staff were friendly and attentive at every meal. Great service, cozy rooms, and scrumptious food made the trip special. I highly recommend Sellada Beach Hotel for a family getaway and can’t wait to return.

The buffet breakfast was horrible and overpriced, so I’d skip it and get a croissant from a nearby bakery instead. Everything else made for a perfect stay: the hotel sits right on the beach, the rooms are beautiful and very spacious, and the staff are super friendly and willing to help. The pool area is quiet and pleasant, and the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away.
