They charged us on the last day for things they claimed we had broken, including the toilet seat, though we hadn’t damaged anything. There was no check-in inventory with us present, and they inspected the apartment without us, so they could write down whatever they wanted. The owners also run Billy’s rental place, so check those reviews too. I felt they were trying to scam us. We had booked two large apartments near each other for one family of five. Instead, they put us far apart even though the apartment next door was vacant. They said that one was small, but when we checked the “large” apartment, it was small too. After a lot of back and forth with the mother, who runs the place, we were moved to another small apartment closer to the other one. It still needed cleaning: the previous occupant’s urine was on the toilet seat and some beds weren’t made. The towels had stains, and there was blood on the sheets. When we asked for clean ones, we got an “oh, we’ll try, but can’t promise” response, leaving us feeling we might have to sleep on the bloodstained sheets again. There was no hot water for two days, so the showers were freezing. The owners said they’d fix it, but didn’t seem to care. Showers and sinks also leaked, and maintenance was practically nonexistent. The place was awful and dirty, as the photos show. The daughters were nice, but the mother was very unkind. Complaints went in circles between them, or the owners simply walked away. The mother and father were unkind too. Don’t believe the good reviews, and don’t go here. 1/5, though I’d give it -1000000/5 if I could.

The pool was a lovely place to spend time, and the bar there served excellent food. Our apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location worked really well for us, too. Eleni, the manager, was always welcoming and happy to help with requests, and the staff were courteous and attentive. We had an amazing, enjoyable stay at Yakinthos Garden Apartments and highly recommend it.

The garden setting was beautiful, and the location felt both ideal and peaceful. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We also really enjoyed the pool area and the delicious food from the pool bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and always had good local recommendations. I had a fantastic stay at Yakinthos Garden Apartments and would definitely recommend it.

I found the host unbearable, with everything turning into a conflict. The pool was dirty, and the sunbeds never seemed to get cleaned. This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t use this hotel. Jet 2 also didn’t take my concerns or complaints seriously.
