After just one night, I can say this is much better than a two-star hotel. My room had no view and no traffic noise, so I slept like a log. It was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff lovely and friendly, and the TV even had some English-language movies and documentaries. The restaurant attached to the hotel served delicious food at low prices. If you’re boarding a cruise, it’s within walking distance. You really can’t go wrong with Glaros Hotel. I can’t praise the place enough. Thank you, staff. Denice. 🙏

The people here are what make this small, simple hotel stand out, along with a location that’s hard to beat. Katerina at the front desk was exceptionally professional and attentive. The friendly lady from the Dominican Republic and the caring restaurant manager also made the stay feel genuinely hospitable. It’s clean and convenient, a good fit for travelers who care more about service than flash.

The service and staff were excellent, but the room wasn’t what we expected. We’d booked it with breakfast for three days. There was mold in the bathroom and a damaged lamp. Breakfast felt limited to me, with not much choice.

The location is nice, with public transport close by, and the hotel was clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. I recommend it!

We booked for one night before catching a ferry. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the toilet and shower area were clean. From the little balcony, we could see the port at the end of the street. There’s a hotel bar that stays open quite late and gets plenty of local customers, which is always a good sign.
