Everything worked perfectly for my one-night stop after arriving from the islands, before my flight the next day. I completed the online check-in a few days ahead, and all the entry codes came through on arrival day. The building and rooms are modern and fully renovated. My Suite was clean, well equipped, and came with water, and the bed was very comfortable. I’d happily stay again.

We mainly needed a clean place with air conditioning near the key spots, and Iris covered those basics. We didn’t spend much time there, and the location makes it easy to get around on foot or by tram, bus, or metro. The property is brand new, so guests are a bit like guinea pigs while things get sorted out. That may explain the lower rates compared with Limehome nearby. We had trouble getting into our room one night, even though we’d entered it many times before. After a long day, being locked out at 22:30 was far from ideal. Online support felt rigid and asked very “German-style” questions during an emergency. Luckily, a Greek technician arrived sooner than expected and fixed it quickly. The rooms are clean and fresh, but small, especially the bathrooms. For the 'suite', the bathroom is barely suitable for one person, so it’s worth booking the largest option. There’s an odd mix of high-quality and sub-par items, a lack of shelves and clothes hangers, and a huge TV that sticks out. Towels aren’t changed for 7 days unless you pay extra. The elevator is small and slow, so I started taking the stairs to the 3rd floor. The curtains also let light through if you’re sensitive to that. It’s a practical, good-value place, but if surprises bother you, it may be better to wait until it settles in.

We’ve been stuck outside our room for 2 hours because the code won’t work. Their so-called amazing AI chat box has been no help, and after calling the help line and speaking to someone who didn’t seem to know what they were doing, we still can’t get in. Save yourself the indignity and stay somewhere you can actually access your room. 0/5.

Everything in the building and room was in great condition, and the space was clean, neat, and comfortable. Ice-cold water and tea bags were ready for me. I stayed one night after an exhausting flight. The luggage locker code caused a problem, though, and I couldn’t get my bag when I needed to leave. I nearly missed my ferry. Staff sorted it out very quickly over WhatsApp, but I panicked because nobody answered my call. It’s basically all self-service, from check-in and checkout to the luggage lockers. That can be convenient, but it can also be a drawback in an emergency.
