Milos Bliss is an oasis, with its buildings and pool tucked into a stunning garden. Dimitra and the team have made something unique on Milos, with exquisite taste and a relaxing feel. You can walk to Plaka and Trypiti, and there’s off street parking for exploring farther afield. The only downside is that the garden and pool are so perfect for lounging that it’s hard to make yourself go see the rest of the island. Unbelievable place.
The apartments are lovely, and getting around was easy: Plaka was about a five-minute walk away, with the bus stop just two minutes away. We had such a good stay at Milos Bliss. Dimitra was incredibly helpful with ideas for things to do and places to eat, and brought us homemade snacks and drinks. On our last night she even gave us a thoughtful honeymoon gift. We’d love to come back.
The garden was a real highlight, with grapes, figs, fruit trees, and herbs and flowers that filled the air with lovely scents. Dimitra said her father had turned the wasteland into this beautiful garden over 15 years. The pool was lovely too. From Milos Bliss, we could walk to Plaka or Tripiti, and the main sights were around a 10-minute drive away. Our suite was beautifully finished, with a design inspired by Dimitra’s grandma’s house. It felt nostalgic and special while still being modern. Dimitra and her family made us feel so welcome, with homemade lemonade, yogurt and garden-fruit sauce, little shots to try, and great tips on where to go, eat, and when to visit. She even remembered that we collect holiday magnets and gave us one before we left, along with a bottle of the shampoo I’d mentioned liking. We loved Milos, and Dimitra and her family made the trip all the more memorable. The island still felt wonderfully unspoilt, and people were kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely return.
Our room had two generous terraces with lovely views of Tripiti and Plaka. We spent five nights at Dimitra’s guesthouse and had a great time. The place sits at the foot of Plaka, and Dimitra’s father welcomed us warmly. I’d highly recommend Milos Bliss to anyone visiting Milos. Until next time.
The owners were so kind and shared lots of island tips. They even lent us a beach umbrella and cooler box for trips to the more remote beaches. The property is beautiful, with a lovely pool and gardens full of flowers and fruit trees. It’s just outside Plaka, so the restaurants and bars are an easy walk, and Tripiti is only a few minutes away on foot. We’d happily stay again.
