The new air conditioner worked perfectly, and I loved the gorgeous sea views. The location is good for getting to the beaches, but the outside of the property and the bathrooms both need an upgrade.

Lovely view of the beach, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean, though there were lots of mosquitoes at night. The beds need updating because my back hurt after sleeping. I would recommend it.

Nice place, but the owner asked us to pay an extra 175 eur for one day. We had booked 13 days, arrived a day early, and ended up leaving a day before planned. :-(

The sea view and sunsets were incredible, and the location was good. But this place didn’t meet a family’s needs at all. Although the rooms were cleaned daily, they still seemed quite dirty. The bathroom had toilet paper but not even hand soap. The air conditioner either blasted so cold that we felt frostbitten or, when switched off, left us drenched in sweat. There were lots of mosquitoes, too. It was very expensive for what it offered.

The only downside is the roughly three-kilometer dirt road to the hotel. The views are perfect, especially the sunset behind the mountains of Paros, visible just across the street. The rooms are spacious, with verandas at the front and back so you can have coffee out of the sun. The cleanliness and service are exemplary. There’s so much to say about this place.
