We visited in mid-August, when there were too many French teenagers arriving in groups. They were noisy, to say the least, and didn’t respect the facilities, including hygiene and the pool. The pool itself is nice, but during our stay the groups made too much of a fuss. The toilets were in poor condition and weren’t cleaned often. The bathroom pipes were clogged, so water filled the whole room. There’s basically no kitchen, just a room with a couple of dirty fridges shared with the restaurant kitchen, and the room was full of flies. I really wouldn’t recommend the restaurant food, except perhaps coffee. You could see they were using rotten tomatoes, covered in flies. The place is next to Plaka beach, a beautiful spot with shade and plenty of places to choose from. Come prepared.

The beach is lovely and right nearby, which was the one clear positive for us. The rest of the camping experience was awful. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the mattresses we were given were extremely dirty, some even mouldy. The toilets and showers were dirty too, with no toilet paper, dirty floors and feces, and many broken doors or showers, despite cleaning staff seeming to be around all day. We asked several times for a receipt for our stay and never got one. Based on our experience, this place deserves one star. Its current 3.5/5 rating doesn’t reflect what we found.

I never had any trouble with the shared toilets during my stay. They were kept clean and in good condition, and the staff made sure to clean them regularly. It was a relief to have such hygienic facilities available the whole time.

A quiet setting and lovely scenery made this a nice place to unwind. There’s a playground and basketball court if you want to get some exercise or have fun, plus a snack bar with tasty treats. Free WI-FI was a welcome extra. A good choice for a laid-back holiday.

The sea is only about 50m away, and the location is great. The staff were nice 👌, and the pool was pleasant, though it seemed to get only basic upkeep. There’s also an occasional plane overhead. If you rent a tent, though, expect some rough nights. The futon is basically a cushion from a sun lounger. They do have a limited supply of mattresses if you ask for something better, but they’re dirty. That’s why I’m giving it two stars.
