Platamonas itself is lovely, elegant, well cared for, and has excellent food. Our stay at the hotel was just as memorable, with a fantastic breakfast covering everything from eggs and cold cuts to fruit, pastries, fresh bread, and orange juice. We ate in the beautiful garden, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. For me, this is the best hotel in Greece. Thank you, Mr. Vasilis, from the couple visiting from Romania, 8-10 October. 😊

The hotel is right in the town center, close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, with parking either in front or behind. Staff and the Manager were very nice, and our room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was buffet style. There's a serviced beach nearby, but it's pebbly, so bring water shoes. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

They were kind enough to give us a room at 1:00 AM, which I appreciated. The first room felt more like a hostel, with cracked sandstone flooring and ugly beds. They moved us to another one, a little nicer, but it was much too small and still not very appealing. I can only give the hospitality credit.

We found the staff exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the desk workers, who went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip around Greece. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in Platamon.
