The hotel is tastefully designed, peaceful, and furnished to a high standard. The staff gave outstanding service and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. When we visited in May, there were always enough sun beds and loungers by the beach or pool, so it never felt stressful. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop nearby for trips to Platanias and Chania. A couple of things didn’t work as well for our group of three friends: the sofa bed was quite hard and too small for someone of average or taller height, and the food didn’t blow us away. Breakfast was good, though, so I’d recommend the breakfast package. I’d very much recommend Asterion Suites for a tranquil, relaxed holiday in a lovely setting.

Our spacious, practical suite was beautifully designed, and the private rooftop terrace and our own pool made the holiday feel extra special and luxurious. The hotel also has a fantastic pool area and a separate, quiet beach area for guests, which we really appreciated. Service was top-tier from the moment we arrived, with every staff member pleasant, smiling, and ready to help. The food was delicious, and the pool bar drinks are a must-try. Asterion Suites & Spa is a peaceful, beautiful choice for a relaxing holiday. A true 10 out of 10 for us, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again.

We spent 5 days here and really didn’t want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and such a calm, dreamy feel. The team were wonderful, especially Katerina, Kostas, Leonidas, Manolis, Argiro, Roza and Roula, who were all lovely. 100% recommend for a peaceful stay in a quiet area, with time split between the pool and beach and delicious food at every meal.

The rooms are finished to a high standard, and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The food is great too. It’s an ideal quiet getaway, and I’ll definitely be back.

The spa was disappointing. The treatment was nowhere near what it had been promoted as, especially considering the fairly high price, and the masseuse seemed completely untrained despite being nice. The hotel itself was great, with very nice rooms and wonderful people and service.
