The yard and pool were the one good part of this stay. Everything else feels like it needs renovation. The room furniture was falling apart, the spring mattress creaked, and after sleeping on it my whole body hurt. The door was hard to open and close, and even shut it left a gap big enough for a lizard or insect to get through. There was only one usable free outlet. The refrigerator was noisy and rusty, and the air conditioner was loud and didn't work properly. The bathroom was also falling apart and had nowhere to put toiletries or a toothbrush. Hygiene was poor, and during our 10 days there the rooms weren't cleaned even once. Breakfast was badly organized too. When something ran out, we waited 10 minutes for it to be replenished, and there was a queue because drinks and food were set out in the same place. I've never stayed somewhere this bad.

We felt at home at Natasha Hotel. It's a family business, and the family made us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. The food was great, homemade and natural, and our room was clean and airy. It's close to the sea but far enough away that it stays quiet. When it gets too hot, the air coming down from the nearby mountain feels fantastic. We'll definitely come back, and we're looking forward to seeing the family again.

The garden and pool were lovely, and there was parking. The beach was 10 minutes away. The rooms need updating, though, and the bathrooms were uncomfortable and weren't properly cleaned or cared for. Our towels and sheets weren't changed during the stay.

The outside area was the best part, with cheerful staff, a really cool bar, and a beautiful hotel at night. The pool was a little dirty, though the water itself was clean and warm. The room was tiny and had only two plugs, while the bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken. Breakfast was poor, and dinner came with only two choices. The hotel was nice, just not great.

We stayed with our family at the end of September and were so glad we chose this small family hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the family were incredibly kind and generous. Dinner was delicious, with homemade Greek dishes. A big thank you to them! :)
