The staff even kept the resort open for us on its last day, when we were the final two guests leaving and had a late flight. They gave us food and drinks until our airport pickup that evening, and we spent a lovely time talking with them. Nobody made us feel bad for keeping them there on their last day of work. That kindness was typical of our week in October 2025. My partner and I had a great stay, with such welcoming staff who were always ready to help. The manager even drove us into town and showed us around beautiful Kos. The housekeeping team were friendly, always smiling, and went above and beyond to keep our room and the resort spotless. We’d both recommend the resort. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a good holiday.

The food was a highlight, with a delicious selection that changed each day. We also enjoyed the drinks and friendly service at both the pool bar and main bar. The cats around the hotel were adorable, friendly, and clearly well cared for. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the pool area, and well maintained. Even when we arrived late at night, the reception team welcomed us warmly and were ready to help. We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay at Harmony Crest Resort. Special thanks to the attentive hotel manager who took care of everything. We’d love to return next year xxx

The views and bar selection were good, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, mostly because of hygiene and sanitary concerns. The price didn’t match the quality we’ve had at other four-star hotels. The rooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly, the beds weren’t made properly, and the bathroom showed wear and limescale. There were insects in the room, the mopped floors had an unpleasant smell, and the drains often smelled too. Cats were in the dining area, sometimes with food cans and leftovers visible, which made us question the hygiene there as well. Food was repetitive and mostly average, with fresh fish and seafood rarely available. The snack bar was empty. Service mostly meant clearing plates; we had to get our own drinks, and meals were served without tablecloths. There wasn’t much entertainment, though some guests may not mind that.

Really nice place, and it looks even better in person. The food was all cooked well and there was everything we needed, even though the food hall isn’t huge. All inclusive was nice. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at the bar. Defo will return.

Our first all-inclusive trip, and we’ll definitely do it again. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay, with tasty food and a lovely pool. The friendly cats kept coming over to make friends too! Thanks to the brilliant housekeeping, catering, and reception teams for making our five days so good. Love, Josh and Amy UK
