Before we travelled, I was worried by the negative reviews online. Once there, I was genuinely surprised by how different our experience was. For our family, the rooms were really comfortable, there was a great choice of delicious food every day, and the hotel had a lovely, relaxed summer feel. It was easy to switch off and enjoy ourselves. The animation team made a big difference. They kept up amazing energy from morning until night, and worked incredibly hard. They were welcoming and friendly, encouraging people to join in without being pushy. You could see how much effort they put into the atmosphere and keeping guests entertained all day. A big thank you to the whole team. You’re doing a fantastic job!

We had a really pleasant holiday. The terrace has a beautiful view, and the main bar makes a wide range of tasty cocktails. The BBQ restaurant also serves very good food, especially the delicious Margherita pizza. The staff worked hard and gave excellent service. Our room was always clean, housekeeping did a great job, and the whole place was kept clean and well maintained.

The kids loved the mini disco and looked forward to it each evening. We had a wonderful holiday, especially enjoying the barbecue lunch with its fresh salads and tasty food. It was handy that French fries were always available for the children, and the bars served a range of refreshing drinks throughout the day. Our room was cleaned daily.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, with proper daily service, and the surroundings were beautiful. All the public areas felt clean and safe. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice, despite the unfair onslaught they continually face. It’s a shame people jump on something without appreciating how nice the hotel and its staff are. We’ll definitely return.

Oli, Lids, and Lauren from the animation team made every day fun for adults and children alike. The Kids Club was excellent, and the Mini Disco was a holiday highlight. We also enjoyed the daily activities, especially aqua aerobics, darts, and water polo, all well organised and entertaining. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and gave excellent service. Our rooms were immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay at Kipriotis village Hotel so memorable. We’d happily recommend it and hope to return.
