Best House Petit Pylos Messinias

The room itself is beautiful, but the kitchen sponge had clearly been used, and water from the shower and sink was coming out through the siphon. We found a mop in the hallway and picked it up. There wasn’t even a small bottle of water or enough toilet paper for our three-day stay. It felt like there was no care for the guests. I go to Pylos every year, but unfortunately I won’t stay here again.

The apartment on the second floor was perfect for us, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen worked well. The balcony view was wonderful, and the bathroom was spacious and had a washing machine. The furniture was new. Congratulations to the owner and to the lovely woman who takes care of the cleaning.

We booked this accommodation for one night, on 3.8.2020. The reservation was arranged by phone with the person responsible for the property, and we paid a deposit to a Eurobank account they gave us on 2.7.2020. When we arrived, what we found looked like a garage, with a garage door instead of a door or windows. There are photos showing this. We called to say we were there and were told that this particular accommodation did not exist. The inconvenience was considerable, and the way we were treated was unacceptable, the worst, I have to say. I do not recommend it. The whole matter has been recorded by the Pylos police station. What I have to say is far removed from this particular accommodation.

It was quite noisy, and the cleanliness was only moderate. The bed was comfortable, and the spaces were comfortable too, with very good air conditioning and a pleasant environment. Great view, and about a 10-minute walk to the center.
