Elessa Hotel

My wife and I had seen the hotel while passing by, so we went in and asked if we could look at a room. The manager welcomed us and showed us several, and we booked two nights straight away. Sadly, before our stay began, my wife needed emergency surgery and was hospitalized. Our booking couldn't be cancelled, but when we contacted the hotel, they refunded us. That showed real humanity and care. We'll stay at this charming hotel the next time we're in Santorini. Thank you very much.

Every person on the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, especially the restaurant servers, who were so amazing. The food was always perfect too. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the hotel can arrange a taxi to take you around the island whenever and wherever you need. Our rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless each time, and the cleaners were lovely and polite. Great rooms, private pools, and a huge infinity pool downstairs. If you're heading to Santorini, this is the place to stay. We'll be back 💗

Back for our second stay, and Santorini still feels especially beautiful from here. The views are amazing, the breakfast that comes with the stay is delicious, and everyone on the staff is so friendly. They also decorated our room for my engagement, which they did such a lovely job with :)

The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the view was breathtaking. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, thanks to the warm, attentive service. Maria, Lefteris, and Robert were especially helpful, sharing local tips and adding little touches that made the place feel like home. The whole hotel has a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. I’d happily recommend Elessa Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.
