The host was so kind and helpful, and the outdoor pool was a lovely surprise. It’s a really comfortable place, and I only wish we’d had a few more days there. A memorable stay and a great base in Santorini.

We especially loved staying in such a traditional village, a setting unlike anywhere else we’ve experienced. The house at Pyrgos Kastelli villas was clean and comfortable, and Katerina was warm and helpful, making us feel at home. Santo winery is close to Pyrgos village and has the greatest view on the island.

The owner is very kind, and I liked the villa. It has what you need to cook and a small jacuzzi with hot water. Just know there’s a bit of walking, and there’s no view from the villa itself, so you have to go outside to see Santorini. Breakfast is basic, with small portions of cheese and sliced meat or chicken. Taxis from the villa to anywhere cost between 15:25€. BTW, this isn’t a hotel.
