The jacuzzi was private and lovely, and the place was clean, but this definitely isn’t a luxury villa. It’s about a 16min drive from the centre, and the road in is very narrow. The owner wasn’t very friendly, and the TV didn’t work. Breakfast was brought each morning, but wasn’t very good. One day they left it outside in the heat without telling us, which was extremely annoying. I wouldn’t book here again myself.

The cave hotel has breathtaking views, and the owners were kind and accommodating, answering our questions and sharing tips for enjoying Santorini. Breakfast from a local restaurant was included and delivered at the time we chose each morning, though the food was mediocre. The smart TV was a big plus for us Americans who like falling asleep to our favorite shows. I wish the service had included fresh towels and water. The hot tub wasn’t actually hot, and was barely warm most days. I can understand that the chilly March weather and strong winds may have made it hard to keep warm. Also, black mold was growing in the shower and bathroom, and needs attention asap.

Our quad ran out of fuel when we arrived at Pyros, and the owner came to pick us up from where we were stuck. He was so kind and helped with everything. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. Best of all was the outdoor jacuzzi with its amazing view of the mountain and water. I was speechless when we arrived. I’d definitely recommend the place and hope to come back soon! 😊

The villa’s lighting was absolutely breathtaking, and the location is ideal if you have a rental car, with everything fairly close by. There are just 3 villas beside each other, all owned by Chris, and each one has its own privacy. It’s one of the most peaceful spots you’ll find, with a great view of the Island. Chris was an amazing host from the day we arrived, accommodating, polite, and honest. He helped us book lots of tourist attractions around santorini, including a car, and suggested great places to visit. He gave us the companies’ direct prices and never added any commission. This was one of the best places we could have booked in Santorini. I really recommend it 10/10, and I’d definitely return and suggest it to friends and family.

Our flight was cancelled because of covid, so we asked to cancel our Booking reservation. Despite 1000 requests from us and Booking asking them to understand and cancel it, the hotel ignored every message and kept the deposit. We lost both the money and the holiday, and didn’t get a single reply or even an acknowledgement. The customer service was unprofessional. Stay away.
