The suite’s terrace and private jacuzzi had an incredible 180-degree view over half of Santorini, and we could look out at the charming streets of Pyrgos from the windows. The room felt intimate, elegant, and luxurious, with a lovely fragrance that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The team kept in touch throughout, and Katerina was always available. Genti took care of every detail and made us feel exceptionally welcome. We were greeted in the square in Pyrgos and helped with our ride into town, with care shown from the first moment. There were charming little touches too, including a welcome surprise I’ll keep secret. We’re deeply grateful for the communication and professionalism. Extraordinary people and place.

Genty is a star. The staff were so warm and had great ideas for things to do and places to eat around the island. Our room and the island view were both stunning, and breakfast was a daily feast. Some of the best food we ate in Santorini was right here. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The service was top-notch, from luggage pickup and housekeeping to laundry and an introduction to the island. Ganti was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The place looked brand new and was very clean, the pool was always the perfect temperature, and the caldera view was amazing. Its peaceful setting is away from the busy streets, yet it’s well placed between the island’s north and south. We rented a car and found public parking easily during our stay. Breakfast was amazing too.

We stayed 5 days/4 nights, and the people working there really went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and served at the time we chose. Our room was spectacular, with everything from the bed and bathroom to the amenities being great. The heated jacuzzi was wonderful, and the view was outstanding. We were at the island’s highest point, with nobody up above us. A hidden gem for a Santorini visit.

Getting around was the one tricky part, since there isn't really a town nearby. They arranged private transport for us, though, and it worked out well. The villa was beautiful and felt brand new, with a special Santorini feel. The people were great, breakfast was amazing, and the view was lovely. I’d recommend it.
