We’ll definitely return. The rooms were comfortable, the staff lovely and friendly, and breakfast was very good. It’s a small, well put together hotel, just a short walk from pretty much everything in Pythagoreia.

We’re having a lovely stay, and the clean rooms and very friendly staff have made it a good choice in Phytagorion. It’s close to everywhere, with the port just a 3 min walk away. Breakfast could improve with better quality cheeses. I wouldn’t recommend the jams or honey. Otherwise, everything’s going very well.

The breakfast was fantastic, fresh and with plenty of choice, and the hotel is beautiful and well located. We loved being close to both the beach and the port. From the minute we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I can’t fault our stay at the Theorem Hotel, and we’ll definitely be back.

We spent two nights here and would like to stay again on our next visits. The staff were kind and professional, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel has a lovely minimalist decor. Its location is great, just steps from the beach and very close to restaurants and cafes.

I work in hospitality in London and have stayed in many different hotels, including places with crazy luxury standards. But you can’t judge luxury without considering the price. This recently refurbished place meets 5 star standards, staff included. I doubt the price will stay so competitive for long at this standard. If you decide to visit samos, this is where you need to stay.
