The view over the water was lovely, and the hotel is beautiful and right in the center of the old town. Check-in was easy and friendly. Our room, though, was small, with little room to move around, especially with two suitcases to unpack.

Immanuel at reception was especially welcoming and shared tips that made our trip more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. We had a fantastic stay at Ink Hotels and would definitely recommend it.

Manolis was a huge help when we needed to find parking late in the evening, with the streets packed for the night markets and live music. There was a staff member available late, which made a difference. Ink Hotels is right by the Venetian port and just a short walk from lovely beaches. Restaurants and festivities are right outside, but our room was surprisingly quiet. It was also very clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. My husband and I spent two weeks traveling around Greece, and our stay here in Rethymno was one of the most memorable. Lovely hotel in a lovely port town.

I got really sick during my trip, and the staff helped me a lot. The rooms are clean and cute, and even have an iron and a small ironing board. The staff were nice. Thank you for everything!

I really wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to sleep. Music from the bars and restaurants was at full volume until 4am, and it made resting very difficult. The listing didn't mention the bars or the noise, so guests weren't warned. The beds were hard as concrete, and the rooms were extremely small and didn't look like the pictures. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
