We really liked how modern and elegant the hotel feels. It’s turned into one of our favorite places to stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, including some fine dining options, and the service was great. The underground valet parking was especially nice, since we didn’t have to climb into a hot car when heading out. There’s an outdoor pool with a bar, plus a private beach. The sunbeds deserve a mention too, their thick mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Huge congratulations to the team for keeping the standards so high. We can’t wait to come back!

The peaceful setting and direct beach access were lovely, and the pool and beach beds were really comfortable. We stayed in a suite with a private heated pool, which was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome right away. We also highly recommend the premium full board option. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. We left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend Nautilux Rethymno!

We spent six days at the Nautilux Hotel and found it very peaceful. The beach is quiet and spotless, with direct access from the hotel and no road in between. Towels were always available, and we heard no traffic or planes. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, and there was plenty of varied, delicious food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were especially impressed that the owner or general manager was there every day from morning until late evening, checking that things ran smoothly and guests were happy. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication. Good value for money, too. We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. It’s about an hour’s drive from the airport, and there’s convenient free parking on site.

The bed was super comfortable, and the food was great. The hotel is right by the beach, with a glamorous pool and spacious rooms that have modern, clean facilities. Staff service was outstanding across the board. There are some great beachfront cafes within walking distance, and the hop on hop off bus stop is close by, worth doing! A beautiful place to stay, with all the boxes ticked.

We stayed from August 11 to August 19, 2025, and were really impressed. There were always enough sunbeds at the pool and beach, and the food was amazing. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and spotless. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and bar. Special thanks to Vivi & Mario, whose warmth and energy made the stay even more memorable. We’ll definitely come back!
