The pool was a great place to relax, with comfy loungers, a separate kids' pool and enough parasols for shade. It gets sun all day. The beach is just steps away, with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Old town takes about 30 minutes on foot or five minutes by car. We were here for six days at the start of a two-week holiday, our first time in Crete and Greece, and we felt lucky to have found this hotel by chance. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We had our three-month-old with us, and they suggested things to do with our situation in mind. The owner also pointed us to several local restaurants, all fantastic and mostly frequented by locals, just what we wanted. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Crete, especially first-timers. Fair warning, it might make the rest of your hotel stays feel a bit disappointing 😅

The beach is only two minutes away, and AB supermarket is close by as well. There are plenty of taverns and bars around, yet the hotel itself is clean and quiet. We booked two sea-view studios and stayed for two wonderful weeks. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, and the kitchenette had everything we could need. Staff and owners were all so friendly and helpful. It was even better than we expected. I'd happily come back and have recommended it to everyone I know planning a visit to Rethymno.

The hosts were so friendly and positive, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area is lovely and well looked after, and the sea and beach are just a few steps away. Restaurants, shops and everything else you need are close by.

We booked one of the larger rooms for a week and had a great stay, especially with its balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel was amazing and the host was great. If you want tips on what to do or eat, ask the owner, he's really friendly and helpful.

Finding a parking space nearby could be a bit tricky, though parking in the area was free. The room was very nice apart from the shower, which we had to hold ourselves. The pool was lovely, and the hosts were the best, kind people who were ready to help with anything. Breakfast was amazing too, with lots of different fresh-baked foods. We had a wonderful stay.
