The suite was lovely, with a beautiful sea view, and the beach is very close. We could stroll along the coast into the city center, which isn’t too far away. The owner was easy to reach directly whenever we needed anything, and the service was great. «Unique» supermarket just outside was also really helpful with our questions about the area. They even served drinks and food to the beach. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it.
Super clean, beautifully managed suites in a fantastic spot, with a thrilling view. The standard was high throughout. Great, great, great. I strongly recommend it!
We loved the sunset view from our apartment, and the beach was wonderful. Restaurants are close by, too. Having a jacuzzi was a huge plus. We also got to know the restaurant downstairs and texted to ask if they could bring food and drinks up to our room. The view was outstanding, and the beach was lovely. Katerina was so hospitable. When we asked about an iron and beach towels, she brought them right away. We’d definitely book here again when we come back.
We were right by the beach and promenade, but the place was still quiet. The old town is walkable, or about five minutes away by scooter. We spent three weeks at Platinum Suites and had a wonderful time in Rethymno, and we’ll remember it fondly. Our room was in excellent condition and very well looked after, with a big shower, whirlpool bathtub, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Caterina, the heart and soul of the suites, gave impeccable service and was always available. When the internet went out temporarily late one evening, she arrived in just 15 minutes and got it fixed. Everything was working again that same night.
The balcony has a wonderful view, and the service is very good and helpful. It feels luxurious. I highly recommend it and plan to visit again.
