Parking was easy, which made coming and going stress-free, and the host replied quickly and was helpful. Remi’s Studio was in a quiet spot, with convenient access to both the old town and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, just right for a few relaxing days on the island. We had a great stay in Rethymno and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place in a handy location.

The first night we noticed some ants, but the issue was taken care of. After that, we had a great stay in a clean, lovely room, and the staff were really helpful. We’ll book again soon!

The photos on Booking.com gave a very misleading impression. There was almost no space in the rooms, and the boiler was leaking water, creating a risk of a leak and fire. There were no fire extinguishers nearby. Service was unavailable and the staff behaved very badly. Nobody was there to carry our luggage. There were too many cockroaches outside, so sitting on the terrace for coffee wasn’t possible. The bathroom had no curtain, and shower water spread everywhere, making it easy to slip and hit yourself. Definitely not an experience I’d want again.

The rooms were comfortable, and the hospitality was great throughout. It’s well located and has parking too. I couldn’t fault it.
