The staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms are fantastic and luxurious. This hotel absolutely ticks all the boxes. Whenever we’re in Rethymno, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno. The staff were wonderful, especially Lucia and Dimitris, and the kitchen team and housekeepers were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was always excellent, and the facilities, from the shower and elevator to the dining area and lounge, were top notch. Our modern seaside room overlooked the road, but it was super quiet at night. The balcony had amazing views, and when we were tired, it was a lovely spot to enjoy the town atmosphere from a distance. The location was fantastic too.

The complimentary continental breakfast was a highlight, and the workers were 10/10. Demetri greeted us with homemade lemonade and snacks when we arrived. The staff were incredible, warm, and welcoming, and the location was the best, especially for such a good price. Absolutely AMAZING hotel. Seamless experience, highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

The staff are what made the stay so memorable. Lucia, Katerina, and Dimitris welcomed us warmly, always had a smile, and were genuinely happy to help. They shared great recommendations and noticed every little detail. They really are the heart of Savus Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself is modern and elegant, with thoughtful design in every corner. It’s an easy walk to the Old Town, close to everything but still quiet. Absolutely wonderful stay, thank you for everything! We’ll definitely be back 💙

The staff at Savus made all of us feel so welcome, including the friends who stayed for our wedding. We spent time at the hotel before and after our wedding celebrations in Crete, and everyone was so kind, generous, and welcoming throughout. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in Rethymno, but the staff are what made the experience so amazing. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely book again for an anniversary 😊
