The pictures on the website don't match reality, and the hotel had no sign or lighting. The breakfast was awful, with only two items, and the place smelled of sewage. There were just two employees working for hours during the day, the pool wasn't cleaned, and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

You can't beat the beachfront location. The internet was the problem: weak signal and a connection that kept dropping. Management should invest in a stronger router.

What a ripoff! I wish I could give less than one star. I booked well in advance and then had to cancel almost two months before check-in. Despite the notice, they refused both a refund and the cancellation. Emails went unanswered for five days, while phone calls got vague replies or indifference. For a hospitality business, it didn't feel hospitable. I suppose they make money this way when business is slow, though off-season could be a time to build goodwill instead of burning bridges. I won't book here again, and I'd think twice about doing so.
