Travelpath Villa

Manos was friendly, knowledgeable, and great company. We took several half-day tours with him and got to see parts of Crete we otherwise wouldn’t have, as well as eat at some amazing restaurants away from the crowds. My husband and I both had fairly minor mobility problems during our recent stay in Rethymno, but they still limited what we could do. The woman whose apartment we rented recommended this private driver service, and I’m so glad she did. It saved our holiday and kept us from being stuck in the apartment. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Manos.

We booked this company through getyourguide. The pickup details were false and out of date, and the bus never came. They didn’t tell us anything or even apologise. Getting our money back has been very difficult. Getyourguide also seems like a scam because it won’t let you leave a rating if your trip is cancelled.

I had to call repeatedly through the day just to confirm where and when we’d be picked up the next morning, but they kept putting off the answer. When I called again at 9 PM, I learned that our tour “had an issue” and was cancelled. I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t called myself. Unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Terrible.

They cancelled our tour 23 hours beforehand and still won’t refund us. I got an email through Viator saying, “this tour is cancelled, rebook.” I texted the “tour” as Viator instructed and heard nothing back. I then texted and called Viator, and spent two hours on hold with your All Crete/Travel Path. I DID NOT CANCEL, YOU DID! Romani sorted it out for much less and was polite. Sincerely.
