Everything was spotless, and the bedrooms even had spare blankets. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, with AC and extra space heaters available if needed. The house has been recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. The hosts checked in with us regularly, responded quickly, and were easy to reach. They were glad to share ideas for things to do and places to see. The house is right inside Rhodes old town, next to the Castello and Socratous street, the main road through the old town. I recommend it 100%.

George and his wife were helpful before and during our stay. Since the Old Town is pedestrian-only, George met us at Gate D'Amboise and walked us to the house. It’s a straight 15-20 minute walk to the nicest beach area in Rhodes town. The house is a lovingly restored traditional home, stylishly done and tucked on a quiet street, only minutes from the Old Town’s historic sites and Sokratous street, with its shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. One has curtains instead of a door, though that worked fine for us. The upstairs air-conditioning is modern and quiet. The bathrooms are high spec, with a double shower in one and a jacuzzi bath in the other. The kitchen has what you need, including a coffee machine, local honey, and delicious grapes from George’s own garden. A lovely oasis in Rhodes Old Town.

The owner was so nice and took time to walk us through the apartment and explain the area. It’s a great apartment in a central part of town, and I’d definitely stay there again.
