The worst part for me was the noise. The rooms aren't soundproof, so you hear everything next door, and the corridors are so loud that other guests returning kept waking us. That makes it a poor fit, in my view, for a family hoping for a relaxing break. Service was mixed: some breakfast waiters were fantastic, but staff often seemed to ignore us. The hotel was very busy, which may explain some of that, though restaurant managers at the entrance were abrupt and rude on a couple of occasions. There were good points. The location is perfect and the sea views are lovely. Food choices were generally good, and the Asian restaurant on site was fantastic. The Greek/Burger night in the pool bar restaurant is one to skip, though. It was basically the upstairs buffet, but drinks cost extra despite being the same All Inclusive drinks. The overall cleanliness was good, but each morning we saw broken, dirty glasses still sitting on the outside bar tables from the night before. Not what I’d expect from a 4* hotel. Drinks were poor, with limited All Inclusive options.

We’d happily come back. The hotel was lovely, in a great location, with excellent rooms and lovely views. Food was fantastic, the staff were brilliant and attentive, and the evening shows were great to watch. The entertainment team was absolutely brilliant, and the service from everyone, including the managers, was second to none. Special thanks to Sonia and Stella in the restaurant, and to Despina and her pool bar colleagues for making the stay so wonderful. A couple of things did bother us. We found it really odd that towels could only be changed every three days. The spa staff member snapped at my wife when she asked for one, saying she'd changed hers two days earlier and had to wait another day. After a heated discussion about hygiene, we did get the towels changed. I think the policy should be looked into. The other annoyance was people reserving loads of sunbeds at an absurdly early hour and then not coming back for hours. There were enough beds, and we never struggled to find one, whatever time we went down. Management should remove towels after an hour. It was ridiculous and greedy to see. We love Greece and Greek hospitality, and this trip was one to remember. There was a heatwave while we were there, so families with children should be careful in peak season, it gets very, very hot. The little beach at the bottom of the hotel is lovely, but can feel like a furnace around lunchtime. We rented a boat from the beach for a fun couple of hours, and I didn’t need a license. Lindos isn't too far, though the bus ride felt long, so we took a taxi back, which was much quicker.

The team provided excellent customer service throughout, and we had a great time. The hotel was renovated in 2025, and we stayed in October 2025. Its own beach had clean sand and clear water, with Blue Flag quality. The pool was good, if a bit cold. Our room was excellent and had an inclusive minibar fridge. Food was very good, with lots of options, and you could reserve a table at the table-service restaurants. The kids' club was good and held in its own amphitheatre, far enough away not to bother you if you don't have children. Good location too. We'd love to visit again.

We only booked at the last minute, looking for somewhere hot to take the kids, and thought we'd probably travel elsewhere next time. Now we're already looking at booking here again next year. The short walk to the beach is lovely, and the views of it from the hotel are amazing. From check-in on, we felt at home: the hotel was stunning, the views beautiful, and everyone was friendly. We quickly bonded with a staff member at the desk, and the person showing us to our room even let our son ride on the luggage trolley. All the staff were fantastic with our three children. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the team became a big part of our experience.

We really enjoyed the spa, and the resort itself is lovely, but the drinks need improving. Juice was more like squash, and the mocktails were a no for us. There was a fun self-service cocktail machine at the bar that made decent drinks. Food was okay and I ate well, though there were fewer Greek choices than I expected. The Asian restaurant wasn't what you'd imagine, but Sonia, its manager, was great. The BBQ restaurant was nice but could be better, and I don't think it needs to be a buffet. The snack bar chips and crepes were excellent. I reckon real gyros should be available all day. We stayed in what turned out to be the annex, which I hadn't realised when booking. It's across from the main hotel, though the walk to the main facilities may be quicker than from some rooms. Our room was large and spacious, with a shared pool and jacuzzi for just a few rooms. The reception team were amazing, going out of their way to make our stay good, and they resolved a few small issues quickly. Special thanks to Hara, Cristantonos, Cristoph, Rafael, and the red-haired manager in the red dress. You're an asset to the hotel, and I hope the managers recognize it. The buffet setup and clearing staff were lovely, as was the professional fighter working at the poolside restaurant, though I didn't get his name. The airport shared transfer takes about 1.5 hours, just so you know.
