Thomas Hotel

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet here, away from too much tourism, and would gladly come back. The hotel is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Giorgos was a kind, helpful host. One detail I appreciated: it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at in Rhodos with free climate and Fly screen on the windows.

The quiet village atmosphere, tasty Greek breakfast and friendly staff made for one of my best stays, and it was all at a fair price. The rooms had great views, the beds were comfortable and the place was hygienic. There are good restaurants nearby, and cool spots for things like watching the sunset are close too. I’ll definitely return and would recommend it to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay here in fall 2020, while Germany was heading into lockdown again. I’ve travelled a lot, but rarely found a place this beautiful, with breathtaking nature and a balcony or hotel view across the landscape toward the sea shore. My room was more than affordable and had everything I needed. Giorgos, the host, was among the kindest and most attentive people I’ve met. The village has some great restaurants with super tasty Greek food, and you can hike or drive to awesome beaches. It’s a perfect place for hiking and swimming. If you get the chance and want a beautiful, sunny and save place for real quality time, you must stay at Thomas Hotel. Thank me later :).

Sleep came easily here, thanks to the very comfortable mattresses. I have back trouble, so I noticed that, and a good night's rest really helped me feel ready for the day. The property is old, but it was always very clean. Giorgos, the owner, was warm, gentle, and constantly smiling. He was happy to offer tips for hikes, restaurants, or anything else we needed. The setting is hard to beat: each morning brought the Aegean Sea straight ahead, with the mountains and forests of western Rhodes in view. At night, the sky was full of stars, helped by the island's very low light pollution in this area. Those things made the stay excellent.
