Nice place. The people are really friendly and know how to smile.

Maria took care of us from the moment we arrived, and the rooms had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We spent about ten days with her, enjoying breakfasts of bread, butter and jam, tomatoes and feta, eggs, juice, coffee and milk. On Sundays she made pancakes with cheese, which were AMAZING. Agios Kostantinos is a quiet village where you can get a feel for authentic Greece, away from the tourist shops. At dinner, the taverns make you feel like a friend. Maria can also help arrange a rental car, which is a good idea given how beautiful the whole island is.

The owner was very warm and made us feel comfortable, and the homemade breakfast was good. The beds had very good mattresses, and we had a beautiful sea view from this quiet, green spot. It’s a 12-minute drive from touristy Kokkari. You can find good food in the village or nearby Manolates and Vourliotes, without falling into tourist traps. There was no TV, and the Wi-Fi only reached the reception. The bathroom wasn’t very comfortable because of its large door, and we had to flush the toilet 2-3 times. They let us check out much later than scheduled because our ship wasn’t leaving until nighttime.

Getting there takes a bit of a trek, though the bus stops right outside. The lady was super friendly, and her breakfast was delicious.
