Katikies Chromata Santorini - The Leading Hotels of the World

The food was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. When we mentioned the next day that the bed we'd arrived to seemed too small, they offered us a great upgrade for a very reasonable price. We moved into a large suite, and they brought another bed for my son in the living room. I highly recommend Katikies Chromata.

We had a spacious, spotless room with beautiful design, and there was a handwritten welcome note from manager Marko, Greek sweets, and a bottle of rosé waiting for us. The hotel is stunning and centrally placed, which made getting around the island easy. The views were breathtaking, and all the thoughtful details and service made our stay memorable. Dimitris, the Katikies driver, collected us from the ferry and was professional and kind. He told us about Santorini's history and gave us recommendations. The front desk team and bellmen greeted us warmly. Zestomi was especially polite and professional while helping with our luggage, and Marko was warm and accommodating, like the rest of the team. The staff at the pool bar, restaurant, and housekeeping were also exceptional. The front desk helped arrange excursions, dinner reservations, and transfers, and always had thoughtful suggestions when we needed them. We had a seamless, enjoyable stay and would love to return to Katikies Chromata.

The caldera views are lovely, and the pool area was a nice place to unwind in the morning or afternoon. We also enjoyed drinks one evening, and the complimentary breakfast was a real highlight, with incredible food. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the staff made us feel very well looked after. Alex at the front desk was wonderful, as was Zestomi, who helped with our bags at check-in and check-out. We had a wonderful stay at Katikies Chromata.

Jessie from housekeeping was a delight, always greeting us with a smile and keeping our room spotless and welcoming. Omar was knowledgeable and professional, and booking dinner through him led to one of the best meals we had in Santorini. The food, atmosphere, and view were all lovely. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs made to order, and Greek yogurt, served with a beautiful view. The hotel is stunning, from the infinity pool above the cliffs to the spacious, modern rooms. The service was attentive and made the stay feel personal. I had a dream of a stay at Katikies Chromata and can't wait to come back.
