King's Suites

For what we paid for two nights, I think there are better options. The room was okay, but the towels were very old and smelled moldy. We could hear everything from our room, including music downstairs and people using the toilets in other rooms. The bathroom had a completely transparent glass door, so a person in the room could hear and see everything. As a couple, we found that horrible. The bathroom itself was old and inconvenient too. There was nowhere to put dry towels, and no toilet paper holder. They put the paper on top of the wet towel holder, where it got damp and was awkward to reach. There was hand soap but no dish for it. The staff never smiled or asked if everything was okay. One evening we went to the beach and took sunbeds after reception told us they belonged to the hotel. A hotel staff member then told us to order something from the restaurant or leave. We said the website said hotel guests could use the beds, but he said, "I don't believe it was written." We left, then the owner stopped us halfway and said we could use them. The whole thing was confusing, and we didn't like the service, so we didn't use the sunbeds again.

We loved this fairly new boutique hotel right by the beach. Our room had a rooftop and spa, and it was lovely to watch the sunrise and hear the ocean from there. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and got to know us. Breakfast at the bar was great each morning, and the beach was just a few steps away. Guests can use the hotel's beach seating.

The location was ideal, very close to the beach and restaurant, and the staff were always ready to help. The room was good for the price, and the air conditioning worked well. When we arrived in the evening, a silicone earplug was stuck in my ear and I couldn't get it out. I was about to go to a pharmacy or the local health center, but the staff immediately helped and removed it. They saved my holiday. The bathroom had a couple of issues: shower water got everywhere, and the sink was in poor condition and didn't drain properly. Still, it was a good experience overall.

The owners were very hospitable and friendly, and helped us with several questions. They were understanding, and we'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the hotel is right by the ocean with tasteful decor. Breakfast was good overall. A couple of small drawbacks: water from the shower sprayed across the bathroom floor, so extra towels would have helped, and the restaurant food was very pricey.
