The hotel is a bit far away, but getting to Thira and Oia was easy because they provided good drop-off and pick-up service. My room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with all the amenities I wanted. Staff were professional, helpful, and friendly from the moment I arrived. I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return or recommend it.

Free daily rides to Oia and Fira made getting around easy, and the hotel also offered airport pick-up and drop-off. The views were stunning, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool. My room was well kept and up to a high standard, with air conditioning and a hot tub. The restaurant served a good range of tasty food until 22:00, while the bar stayed open until midnight. Reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all friendly, professional, and supportive. Highly recommended for the amenities and service.

We first stayed here in 2019, then came back in September 2025, and both visits were fantastic. The hotel is away from Santorini's busy areas, but the free shuttle to and from Oia and Fira made getting around simple. We also booked a boat trip through the hotel and loved it, a 10/10 experience. The new restaurant exceeded our expectations. The chef went out of their way to make dinner special, and we especially enjoyed the octopus and tomahawk steak. The friendly staff work so hard and do everything they can for a great stay. Thanks to everyone at Aurora for making it special for us. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to return a third time. The suites at Aurora Luxury Suites were spotless and elegant, with beautiful views, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The restaurant was the real highlight: fresh, creative, flavorful meals in a relaxed, romantic setting. It felt like fine dining. A lovely getaway for luxury and quiet, and we can't wait to come back.

We always found a sunbed around the pool because there are only a small number of rooms. Everything was spotless and looked after, and the simple, elegant rooms had what we needed. Staff were friendly and the service felt personal. It's isolated and very quiet, which suited us; free rides to Fira and Oia are available if you want to explore, and there are trips too. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh bath and pool towels each day. The food was simple, fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I got hooked on the crispy fried new potatoes. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.
