Coco-Mat Hotel Santorini

Chef Julia made breakfast one of the best we’ve ever had. Whatever we chose from the menu, she delivered beyond expectations. Dimitri was also among the most welcoming people I’ve met. We had a great stay, loved the hotel and the views, and will definitely come again.

We spent four nights at Coco-Mat Hotel Santorini, and I still remember how light and warm the place felt. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with views over the sea and pool that made waking up each morning feel special. It’s a peaceful spot with wonderful views, away from the crowds, yet only a few minutes by scooter or car from anywhere on the island. We could watch the sunset quietly, without the usual crowds at the busiest tourist spots. The staff were attentive and friendly from the start, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with typical Greek products, and the waiter’s kindness was a lovely way to begin each day. Thank you, Coco-Mat.

Dimitris deserves a special thank you for making our stay unforgettable. The staff were attentive and full of helpful recommendations, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in, with lovely rooms, a breathtaking view, and delicious breakfast. I’d highly recommend it.

The Infinite Suite was stunning, with a breathtaking view and a private pool where we could relax in peace. Breakfast was delicious and made with high quality products. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, taking care of everything from renting a car and booking a restaurant to arranging food delivery. A perfect stay.
