The setting was gorgeous, and the all-inclusive stay felt relaxing from the minute we arrived. There was lots of delicious food and drink to choose from, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were lovely, professional and always ready to help. The reception team especially made us feel welcome throughout. It was just the getaway my girlfriend and I wanted. We had a great time and would love to return.

The buffet had a good range and changed every day, and we enjoyed the food at all the restaurants. We were guests of Cool Living, and paying the extra was worth every penny. Restaurant bookings were tricky because you could only reserve after arriving, but the staff were very helpful in sorting them out for us. We stayed this October and were pleased with the service. We’d definitely come back. I’ve also made a YouTube video about the hotel on my channel TravelWithMyz.

The calm, distinctive feel of the hotel was lovely, and the bay and Spinalonga looked breathtaking. We had a comfortable, spotless room with nice little details. Everyone was cheerful and quick to help, and the food had lots of choice and tasted great. We spent time relaxing by the beach and pools, and the spa added a lovely bit of luxury. Chrysa deserves special thanks for helping us so wholeheartedly. We’d gladly recommend the place!

The spa was a lovely place to unwind, especially on a cloudy day. Our room was modern, spotless and comfortable, with real attention paid to the design and cleanliness. Staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help with a smile. At Domes Aulus Elounda, the food was delicious throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fresh, varied and beautifully presented. Excellent value for money!

The location made it easy to drive to Elounda and Plaka, and our room had stunning views at both sunrise and sunset. The hotel was a great choice for a restful Cretan break, with lovely surroundings and good service. It did get busier near the end of our trip, though that didn’t have much effect on our stay. George and Jason deserve a special thanks for the warm, attentive welcome from the reception and hotel staff. The buffet was excellent, with plenty of dishes that changed daily, and the chef kindly helped with our dietary needs. One snag was restaurant bookings through the app. We could ask reception about openings, but most times were already taken.
