Kseynasa Suites

When we checked out of Kseynasa Suites, Nikiti, I realized I'd left my gold necklace in the room. I contacted the hotel right away and also had a friend go there for me, but got no response or help. During our stay from July 19 to July 21, 2025, with my family and my 9-year-old son, we had handed the staff a bag with perishable food and my son's medication. When it was returned, the medication was out of its box, the contents had been tampered with, and half the chocolates were gone. This was extremely distressing. I believe the hotel management needs an urgent inspection, and hope this helps future guests make an informed decision.

The first room spoiled our stay. We booked a garden-view room for our family of four, but it was basically a basement, with an unbearable damp and sewage smell. On the second morning, I woke early because of the stench, and the room was practically uninhabitable. My kids couldn't even use the toilet because it smelled so bad. I asked the owner, Katerina, to move us. She wasn't helpful, kept ignoring me, and offered no alternative for hours, even though she knew the room wasn't suitable for a family with young children and we pointed out other unoccupied rooms. After hours of pleading, she finally offered us a first-floor room away from the damp basement, but charged us extra, even though we'd already spent two nights in the worst conditions. The second room was pleasant, but by then the lack of care had spoiled our holiday. The location also wasn't appealing to us: the property is at the outer edge of Nikiti, surrounded by desolate construction sites, with a dirt road instead of the nicer streets where many other accommodation options are. The property itself looks nice and clean, the water pressure is very good, and the pool is clean, though very small. Katerina had greeted us warmly and kindly offered our youngest a small gift because he turned four during the holiday. But when we needed her to act responsibly about guests' safety and wellbeing, she didn't seem to care. We expected a more premium experience and weren't impressed. We wouldn't stay again, and saw plenty of other Nikiti properties that looked like better choices for a comfortable stay.

Everything was modern, stylish, spotless and comfortable, with welcoming staff who always had a smile and a hello. Xenia was especially kind, bringing us complimentary fruit each day. The apartment was well furnished and organized, with a roomy bathroom and comfortable kitchenette. Outside, there's a beautiful pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas. The location was great too, within walking distance of the seafront and just a short stroll from a supermarket and bakeries. Thank you!

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms had everything we needed even for a longer stay. The pool was clean and warm, and our host Xenia was incredibly kind, taking care of all our little requests. We’ll definitely come back for another holiday. Possibly the best place to stay in Nikiti!
