Our little girl had a great time on the playground, and the owners were really kind and helpful. The accommodation was kept clean and tidy, with several cleanings and changes of bed linen during our stay. The beautiful beach and the center of Sykia are just a few minutes away by car.

Angelika and her husband are lovely to be around and run a very nice place. Our room was clean and furnished very well, with a nice view. The property is around 2 km from the beach, but it's well situated among shops while still feeling private. There's a beautiful garden, a barbecue area, and shaded parking. I'd recommend staying here for at least a week.

The rooms are neat and really nice, and the hostess is so friendly. It's a calm spot where you can properly unwind. Maybe this will become our little paradise in Sykia. 🩷

We appreciated how modern, new, and clean the apartment was. My family and I also loved the kind people and the quiet, pretty setting. It's away from the city noise, but still close enough to some of the best beaches. I wholeheartedly recommend the Nikolaidis house to everyone! :)

There are lots of beaches nearby, and the location is ideal with shops close at hand. The downside was that our room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. :(
