Guedin Sea Side Nikiti Apartments

‼️BEWARE‼️ I don't recommend Apollonas Beachfront Apartment Nikiti / Guedin Maisonette. If you want a holiday where you don't have to buy disinfectant and clean the place yourself, avoid it. The apartment was filthy, with a stained, dirty sofa, hair, lint and spiders around, and a bad smell of urine and other odors in both bathrooms. The drains were clogged, and on the first day the kitchen sink backed up and flooded. Someone came the next day to repair it, but left water running under the furniture and sink for us to collect. The internet was bad, and we were without electricity for a few hours as well. We stayed ten days, but the sheets and towels were never changed and there was no cleaning. They left us just three tablespoons of detergent to wash things ourselves. When I asked if anyone would come clean during our stay, they didn't reply. There was no soap, shower gel or anything similar. I also asked for a bill, but couldn't get one. The oven buzzed constantly, making it impossible to sleep peacefully in the living room, and the bedroom and bathroom doors dragged on the floor and wouldn't close. There were many other problems too. We have videos showing what we found, but the review won't let me post them. I've been going to Greece for 12 years, and this was only my second time in Halkidiki. I've never had conditions like this or been treated this way. In general, Greeks are very hospitable, and we love Greece. We've always been welcomed with a bottle of water after the long drive, but this place was nowhere near that. 🤢 There aren't many reviews for this accommodation on booking or Google, so I hope this helps people who don't know about it.
