Paradisos Beach is only a five-minute walk away, and you can also reach town in about five minutes. The bus stop is just a few minutes on foot. It's in a quiet part of town, with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Our party of seven felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Mr. Takis, Mrs. Alexia and all the staff greeted us with Greek coffee, koulourakia, fresh orange juice and soft drinks while we checked in. The rooms, beds, bathrooms, linens and building were all extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The air conditioning worked great, and the room prices were good for the location. The owners are wonderfully kind and helpful. We were so glad to find this hotel and plan to return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and have mosquito nets, which is rare in Greece. Dimitris and his wife run the place and are a lovely couple. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning with a beautiful view, then drove down to the port for dinner each evening, just a few minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it for families with small children.

The area was calm and quiet, with a sea view and refreshing air after 5 p.m. Each room has its own bathroom, refrigerator, TV, internet and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen is shared among four or five rooms on each floor. The Greek family who owns the house is really nice, and the place is very well kept. I didn't have a single mojito during my stay in June.

Mr. Dimitris and Mrs Alexia made our stay beautiful, offering so much help and service that I can't list it all. They're unusually warm and kind proprietors, and you can tell they put themselves into running the place. It's a clean, well kept hidden gem in Marmaras, with a lovely sea view. Getting there is easy by car, and the city center is also within walking distance. We'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Neos Marmaras. Thank you so much!
