We reserved Sofia's House through Booking.com nearly six months ahead, after doing a lot of research, and had no plans to cancel. The hotel manager then contacted us on the site and asked us to cancel. We refused, but he kept pressuring us for days and wouldn't cooperate. In the end, he cancelled the reservation through Booking.com, just 1.5 months before our planned trip. For guests who book so far ahead, that felt completely inhospitable. Be aware your reservation could be cancelled at the last minute. I don't recommend this hotel, and hope the management changes how it treats guests.

We love staying here. The garden is beautifully kept, and the apartment was lovely inside and out, clean, quiet, and big enough for our family of four. Each suite or apartment has its own assigned parking spot, so guests don't have to worry about where to park. The private beach is just a few minutes away, with free sunbeds under a big tree. Fine sand and shallow water made it perfect for the kids. The host was friendly and quick to respond. I do wish the kitchen came with basics like salt, sugar, and oil, so guests wouldn't need to bring them. I strongly recommend this place!

We had one of the best nights of sleep this year in this charming, rustic Mediterranean place, tucked into peaceful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Across the road, next to a jolly beach bar, Sofia's House has its own section under a huge pine tree, with a lovely all-day shadow over the free twin sunbeds for guests. It feels like a place for proper rest and a holiday. Coming back next summer is an easy decision 👍🏻

A peaceful spot with a lovely view. The room was very clean, and towels and sheets were changed every two days, along with a room cleaning.

We had a pretty, well-equipped apartment with plenty of room and everything needed. The garden was beautiful, and the beach was close by. The beach at Kamares that you can access is great for kids, with natural shade from an ancient pine tree.
