Niriides

We spent ten days here with friends, and having no beach right next door actually encouraged us to explore different parts of the area almost every day. There is a beach within walking distance, along with plenty of places to eat nearby. Sofia gave us ideas about where to go and what to try, and even booked us a bouzuki night in Sykia, which was unlike anything I’d seen before. Sofia made us feel as if we were visiting her home instead of renting a holiday house. From the cakes she greeted us with to all her thoughtful advice and care, she was the most welcoming person I’ve ever met. We came away with an endless list of lovely memories. It was easily our best summer holiday, and I really hope we can return. Thank you, Sofia!

Our dog loved the large yard, and having a barbecue made for a great vacation. The place is in a lovely, quiet bay. Magda was kind and helped with whatever equipment we needed, as well as information for getting around. Definitely worth five stars!

The garden is enclosed and safe for children, with a playground, and there are free bikes for all ages. There’s even a barbecue kiosk. It’s a calm place surrounded by nature, with very clean, lovely rooms. The hosts are warm and sociable, especially Sophia. Perfect for a vacation.

The breakfast on the balcony was unforgettable: toast, homemade marmalade, eggs, coffee, and juice. Such a lovely extra, served with a warm, friendly welcome from the host. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen, though it had everything in it. The garden is wide and well cared for, with hills on one side and the sea nearby. A peaceful, bucolic spot, and parking outside the gate was easy.
