Ergon Beach House Nikiti

A calm, family-friendly place, and the beach bar itself is beautiful and extremely well organized. The food and drinks were delicious, with a minimum spend of 20-30eur per person. Staff were always ready to help and very professional. Best beach bar in Nikiti, highly recommended!

Breakfast was awesome, and the rest of the food was pretty good too. We also loved the beach and sun beds, and the clear sea was perfect for snorkeling. The glamping pod was stylishly laid out, with a spacious, interesting bathroom and outdoor shower. It had air conditioning, though it was noisy in such a small space. Clothes storage and hanging space were limited. Since the walls are basically canvas, you hear every conversation from the neighbors, and they can presumably hear yours. Our pod was hidden but backed onto the road, so traffic noise was annoying at times. It’s a classy but original hotel. The local town is maybe a 20-minute walk along the beach, but it isn’t very exciting and is mostly apartments. I think there’s a little more to see farther on, another 20 minutes away.

The staff were really nice, and the beach bar food was very good. I didn't try anything from the restaurant menu. The water is shallow, which is great for kids, though the first few metres are rocky before it turns sandy further out. There are umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs, with the last row under the trees getting more shade through the day. Those loungers are pretty heavy to move. There's a minimum spend per person, including children, but prices are good and similar to other beaches. If the online booking won't work, reception can reserve a spot for the next day. Great beach.

The beach is the main reason I keep coming back. For me, it's the best one in Nikiti, and it's peaceful, with good food and very friendly staff. I also try to recommend the place whenever I can. If you're thinking of staying here, I'd pay extra for a better option: the tents and lodges get noisy because their fabric walls let you hear absolutely everything outside. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about.
